Anyone know a good amount on Pilates Reformer's?
I heard its easier to use a reformer first and then start the mat pilates, and if so which one should i get? Im really interested in getting one and i’ve been searching all the different kinds but there are so many! How do i know which one is best for a beginner, price range and fitness level? Also if mat pilates is easier how should i get started on that?
